Attention Citizens,
We once again need your help in locating Chipmunk E. Moneybags and The Puppy. They were last scene fleeing The Piggy Bank in a silver sports car. The suspects in question are wanted for attempted robbery. The suspects are not believed to armed, but police urge you to contact them rather then take justice into your own hands. Anyone with information is urged to call the police department. Please help us find him, our peace and protection depend on it!
Sincerely,
Black Bear

New member to Acorn Industries
Hello Everyone,
This is Buck the Beaver bringing you another important announcement from Acorn Industries.
Acorn Industries has announced their plans to purchase 101.9 from the failing BTR company. This announcement has come out early this morning, when Chipmunk E. Moneybags bought the radio station for $1.92 million. When questioned on why the he purchased the radio station Mr. Moneybags responded, "I always wanted my own station to play my favorite music. Plus this is a great opportunity to expand Acorn Industries."
Critics on the message boards are concerned that the chipmunk will destroy the station, and simply use it to promote his own business. These concerns are not just talk, back in 2009 the chipmunk had taken over the advertising company, BigBobsBillboards, and used it to plaster his ads all over the city. According to our Public Relations expert, Theodore Felts "Buying that company was a good investment for Acorn Industries. He was able to find a company that was struggling and pay a one time fee to own all their space. If he was to rent those monthly, he would be spending much more."
The future of our beloved radio station is still up for debate. Although he made the purchase on the station he must still clear everything with the AVCC and we don't expect to see any real changes until early November.
